Cultural Resource Protection: Programmatic Agreements
The SHPO can enter into agreements with state and federal entities to help streamline project reviews for types of resources or groups of actions. Below is a current (as of April 2024) list of all Programmatic Agreements (PAs) in Illinois, organized alphabetically by lead entity, along with a notation of the undertaking that led to the executed PA.
