Below is a current (as of April 2024) list of all Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) in Illinois, organized alphabetically by county, town, resource name, and address, along with a notation of the adverse effect that led to the executed MOA. Agreements no longer in effect are noted as EXPIRED. Each entry is a hyperlink to a text-recognized PDF file of the agreement.
